Why is breakfast so important for weight loss?

4. Eating a good breakfast stimulates metabolism. The higher the metabolism, the more calories burned throughout the day.
5. Eating a good breakfast is in harmony with the body’s circadian rhythm. Working with your body instead of against it will make the weight come off quicker and easier.
